Help please!!

    I just got notifications from my bank that WP charged my Paypal account $99 a full month before it comes due – at the 11 month mark. Because of the early charge and because they somehow were able to do this as an automatic renewal, it kept hitting a bank account that I don’t use anymore. Now I have almost $300 in NSF fees. When I first opened this account, I paid for it with a CREDIT CARD – not a checking account. Now, at the 11 month mark, a dormant checking account keeps getting hit and I have an NSF fee each time. Since this was done a full month early, I believe that WP should be responsible for the NSF fees. Who can I talk to about this? I was hoping for an 800 number to actually speak with a human :/.

    Sorry to hear this, @lgbstrategies! We don’t have an 800 number, but you can reply to to one of the renewal reminders we’ve sent. You should have several notices about the auto renewal charging the card on file. If you’ll tell me the domain this is associated with, I’ll look it up and reach out at the correct account.
