  Hi there,

  I have been trying everything, but nothing seems to work.
  I want to have categories in my blog where it would be like an eating section and a travel section and such and when I post blog posts related to eating I want it to go into the misheats section but it doesnt work.
  they all just go to the home page.
  I have tried making categories and selecting them when posting and stuff but nothing is working. It is really frustrating as I cant get my blog up and running like i want it to…
  please help. thank you :(

  Hi, @michelleeeey,

  From what I can see, it looks like you do have the categories set up but you don’t have them labeled on individual posts so that the menu knows to read it and pull it in when you click on the page. Does that make sense?

  I see two posts on your blog and one is only “uncategorized” and the other is under mishtravels. Your pages to click on are looking for different words and not finding anything.

  It looks like you need Step 1 in this support doc(assigning categories to posts) – you do this at the post level.
