  Hi, I have send you a couple of emails as has my school secretary and we seem to be unsuccessful getting a response. We actually want to pay you to renew the site. Help?

  We do appreciate your patience. Staff has just returned from an annual general meeting, and are in the process of returning to regular response times.

  This forum thread is the only support request we have received from you. Which email address did you contact?

  Upgrades for brownridgeps.wordpress.com are split across two accounts. The plan is owned by brownridgeps, so they will need to login to their account to renew the plan. The domain included in the plan is owned by mjrichmon.

  It’s easier to manage site upgrades when they are owned by the same account. If the current upgrade owners would like help merging them together on one account, please ask them to contact us from this page:
