  Hi there,

  We use a webpage we pay for called reviews.co.uk and they can pull the reviews data across to our wordpress webpage and to show up as stars under our web link in google search. However we are having extreme difficulty installing plugins and or adding the coded widget for the google search feature.

  Please can you advise as I think i am losing the will to live on this now.

  We would like the reviews to be shown on the side bar on our products page – code can be provided.

  We need to update or install the plugin or widget for the google feature, it tells you to copy into the webpage but where?

  Please help?

  We’d be happy to help, but we require one vital piece of information. What is the URL of your website?

  Bare in mind that if your websites uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, you should post in the self-hosted forums or alternatively contact your hosting prover. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Let us know this information and we’ll try and move forward. :)

  It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ or alternatively contact your hosting provider.

  Hope this gets fixed soon!
