  With buying a domain name its fairly simple, you have a few options. You can either buy one through WordPress.com or another domain registrar. Here’s a link with some more information about domains and how to connect them to your site: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/

  With Instagram you can include a feed on your website: https://en.support.wordpress.com/instagram/instagram-widget/
