Help please

I was billed for $499. I do not use my site, I don’t need a WordPress account. I have my URLs through godaddy.
When I asked for help through email, I keep getting an automated response telling me to go into account setting, manage purchases, and unsubscribe to the plan I want to cancel. I have attempted to follow instructions, but I have no plans showing under “manage purchases.”
When I look at billing history, I am billed 118.00 for Pro Blogger yearly 2 (recurring). This makes no sense.
Please how do I cancel my Business Plan Renewal🙏🏻
Not having direct contact ability with your subscribers is a disgrace! Before I get an answer, my 30 days will be up!

We sell no product on WordPress.com called “Pro Blogger”.What is the URL of the site on which you have a Business Plan with us?
If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.
You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.

This forum thread is the first and only time your account has ever contacted our support. If you also submitted an email support ticket, it was via a different WordPress.com account.

Owners of paid plans have access to both live chat and email support via the contact form at https://wordpress.com/help/contact. But the account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any paid upgrades, and free accounts get help here in the forums.

It looks like this is a subscription for the Akismet anti-spam plugin.
