  Hi! I would like to cancel my subscription and get a refund for the 96$ that I was charged! I canceled my subscription last year and for some reason it auto-renewed without my consent!

  It looks like that particular subscription was active; that’s why it auto-renewed now.
  I was still able to process the refund for the plan; you should be able to see the details at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing.

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks may require more time to process the refund.
