Okay thanks.
I have a website through Squarespace that has suddenly stopped working. The issue says they cannot connect to the DNS provider which is says is WordPress but when I log into my WordPress I cannot find any information about that domain on here at all.
I haven’t used WordPress in over 5 years, to be honest I didn’t even realise I still had an account so I am unsure how to fix this when I can’t see any evidence of the domain or my website through my account on here.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there,
wanderingsandco.com is under a different WordPress.com account than the one you are contacting us from. You’ll need to log out of your current account and log into the account connected to wanderingsandco.com in order for us to assist with restoring the domain.
Do you happen to remember the WordPress.com account connected to the domain subscription?

Hi, I can’t remember what account it would’ve been associated with. I’ve tried logging into word press with all my other email addresses to try and find it but they all say no account is linked to those email addresses.
So I don’t really know what to do from here. -

Since this was a paid upgrade, you can provide us with the transaction ID as proof of ownership, and we’ll restore access to your account. Then you’ll be able to renew your domain.
Follow these instructions to retrieve that transaction ID:

And then send it to us through this form:
https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

Hi there,
I’ve just tried filling out this form but it’s saying:
“Sorry but the website you gave does not exist on WordPress.com. Is it a self-hosted WordPress.org website?”
My website is through squarespace so I’m not sure what to do but it won’t let me submit the form. I have the transaction ID so if there is another way to send it through please let me know.

Hmmm, I wonder if the system is rejecting it because the domain is in redemption.
Can you try using this form and seeing if it makes a difference:

I did that and it said:

This was a charge for:
Domain Connection
wanderingsandco.comDomain Registration
wanderingsandco.comView your receipt
But when I clicked on view your receipt it took me to the purchases section of WordPress and said “Sorry, we couldn’t find receipt #47157466”
So I’m not sure what to do from here.
