Help please!

  I just upgraded from premium to business and now I can’t get to my website. It asked for verification when I filled out a form, but the charge hasn’t come through my bank yet, I have no idea about an auth. key from when the site was started 3 years ago and I don’t even know what the last one is.

  I sent a request for help 3 hours ago and am still waiting for something. I would like to talk with a person, not a bot if possible. I am completely stalled out with my business until you respond with a fix. Thank you.

  The Business upgrade for the site fiberandfamilystudio.com is under a different WordPress.com user account than the one you’re currently logged into. You would need to log out of @fiberandfamily and log into the correct account to access the site.

  If you don’t remember what account you used and since there are recent charges on this account, you can use the transaction ID from that charge on the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

  https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

  Just fill out as much information as you have, including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
