Man, I just opened this site, and I’m just having so many issues with the check out process. I have reached out to support, but it seems that the forums may be faster, so I would post my log here and see if we could figure it out together?

Can you please point out the specific issues you are experiencing on your end so that we can share more accurate guidance?
I do see that the fields that come from WooPayments (https://woocommerce.com/payments/) are properly displaying (see screenshot: https://d.pr/i/Oe6YPa).
Is there an issue when you are trying to place a test order through WooPayments?
Please note that it helps to enable and set up each payment gateway one by one instead of having them all enabled at once and troubleshoot as it will be easier to determine which payment gateway might have an issue.
So, can you please, as a first step:- enable WooPayments Logs: https://woocommerce.com/document/woopayments/settings-guide/#debug-mode
- disable all the other payment gateways in your site except for WooPayments and try to place a test order as described here: https://woocommerce.com/document/woopayments/testing-and-troubleshooting/testing/.
- let us know your observations — if the orders do not go through for whatever reason, please share any WooPayments related logs that got generated.

Thank you for responding. I’m so sorry for the vague answers. Part of the reason why they are so vague is because I’m not exactly sure what the problem is. lol! My folks can try and check out but it fails for one reason or another! I have disabled all other payment processors except WooPay. Now my payment options are gone completely and the coupons don’t work!
I tried changing the theme and that did not help. I’m pulling the following fatal error:

I’m also pulling the following from the “log”: 2024-12-30T00:19:43+00:00 Warning Empty patterns received from the PTK Pattern Store
I’m so sorry, I’m really not adept with coding or html in any way, I flew by the seat of my pants making my site. lol! Right now, WooPay is the only active processor (even though it still lists GooglePay, it is not active in my settings currently, if I am making any sense.)
Any advice you could give is helpful!
