  Please tell me wheater i am free to copy other site mp3 links to my blog. Please check my blog to see how i’m using other site links!! Thanx in advance!

  No, you are not. You need to have permission in order to use other peoples’ copyrighted material.

  Your question seems to be more related to copyright and reproduction/distribution law. The support forums are essentially for technical issues. I can only answer in a general way.

  From a technical point of view, anyone can freely insert links in their posts/pages that point to any other site, files, etc. The technology exists and it’s not a difficulty. You are already doing this on your blog.

  From a legal point of view, you might be infringing on the copyright and/or intellectual property rights of third parties by linking to their mp3/other files without their permission. If you have third-party permission, then you are okay. If not, and if the third parties decides to sue you or serve you with a takedown/DCMA notice, then you are in legal trouble.

  That is the short, most practical answer. Please wait patiently for other commenters to respond with a better answer.

  Your entire blog consists of downloads. Do you actually have permission from the copyright holders to use any of that material?

  Yes there are a lot of thieves out there – you can report blogs that are thieves – they tend to be suspended in short order

  Don’t delete the blog – just remove the offending content – once a blog is deleted the blog name can never be reused and is gone forever
