help please

  Hi WP crew,

  I am trying to experiment with a few things to get our website launched (hopefully next week). However, if I choose a different theme, does that mean that I lose all the info I was playing with in the last theme? I have decided to revert back to the original one we had planned and it seems to be playing up, have I turned something on its head?? Sorry to be painful.

  Switching between themes does not affect your content (posts, pages, media) but be sure to check your custom menus and widgets because each theme supports different locations.
  The only thing that does not come when switching themes is Custom CSS because it’s theme specific.

  Thanks fstat, it seems that something has happened, somehow a payment that was made 3 weeks ago was reversed, and NOT by us.

  We have tried to rectify this problem 8 times, to no avail and we are not having any luck contacting a happiness engineer….not making us very happy at all.

  yes that’s how one of the 2 forum discussions came up, we have tried about 4 or 5 different mediums and am starting to become disheartened
