HELP PLEASE!!!!! Blocked/cancelled account?

  My wordpress blog is skipstones.wordpress.com and the last time I posted was September 2017. I have been trying to access it using my username and password but I always get ‘password incorrect’ message. When I click on ‘Lost password’ to reset my password I cannot receive any email or whatsoever from wordpress for the reset link.

  My account may have been compromised or suspended by WOrdpress for being inactive?

  Please help me to recover or reestablish my wordpress site…

  PS:

  I tried the account recovery form but I cannot see any wordpress-related email in my gmail inbox, the email associated with the blog.

  We do not suspend sites or accounts for inactivity, so the account is still active.
