Help please, error 404 on front page

  Hello,
  I hope someone will be able to help me with what is probably a relatively simple issue!
  My front page is a page I deleted, and I want my second page to become my front page as when you access my blog the first page shows error 404, I assume because I deleted it.
  Can someone help please?
  Also, can I change the title of my blog? I can’t manage that either!
  This has to get easier…!

  The “404 (page not found)” is a result of deleting the Hello World placeholder post. As soon as you publish a post (not a page) it will disappear.

  If you wish to have static front page then create two pages. One is for the front page and one is for posts to display on. Then go here > Settings > Reading and designate them. http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/

  You can change your blog title and/or the optional tagline at any time here > Settings > General
