Help, Please!! How do I change the title of mg blog?

  I feel like this is a question with an easily accessible answer, but I just can’t find one. :-/ I know how to change the domain name and user name, but how do I actually change the title (and tagline) of my blog?

  If someone can help me out, here, I would be eternally grateful.

  On the dashboard Settings->General page.
