Help please, how to report problems- troubled beginner

  I need help on reporting this URL

  bastard-wordpress.co.cc/i-hate-wordpress-when-they-do-this.php

  They are using banners and other ads among other things I do not wish to say (obscene tags at the very bottom of there page) (if you want to know what, visit it yourself) I found this on my ‘dashboard’ as ‘refered’. I do not wish to see this again, but am unsure on where to go to report this.

  Staff are acting on this. This situation is merely an annoyance. It does not affect your blog’s standing with Google in any way.

  Staff have created a filtering system. They have requested that we do not click the spam refferer links because that is what the spammers want us to do. They have also requested that we do not post any referrer information into forum threads, but instead that we report all spam reffer links directly to them.   I just moved a blog here days ago and I had to report one this morning too. :(
  I hate spammers!
