Help, please! Moving my website from WordPress.org to WordPress.com
-
Whoever can help me simplify and clean up my website admin, I’ll really appreciate it.
Somehow in my novice ways I’ve created a complicated situation.
I’ve got a self-hosted website on WordPress.org with the URL blairaasmith.com. It’s hosted with a 3rd party service (Hostmonster). I need an easier to use solution and want to move everything to WordPress.com.
I have a WordPress.com account. Under My Sites it lists herevelsin.com, a dormant URL that I want to delete. How do I do this? It also lists a blairaasmith.com but isn’t connected to it because there isn’t any traffic showing. Do I delete this as well? I want to move my personal domain to WordPress.com as well as the current contents of this website that’s self-hosted.
If somebody could help me clean this all up so I’ve got one website – blairaasmith.com – on WordPress.com using my own URL; I’d be very, very thankful.

You cannot remove it but Staff can and I tagged this thread for that to happen.

I think it’s best to simply wait for Staff help. While waiting you can read these:
