Help please – The system won't let me edit description on a category.

  I didn’t notice when I typed out a description for a category that I’d made a spelling mistake. I only noticed it a few days ago and since then have tried and tried to edit the description, but for some reason which escapes me, it won’t let me edit it.

  It LOOKS like it will … it gives me the option of “edit” – which I click. The page opens up and shows the title of the category, and also the description – both in seperate boxes which look like I can edit either or both. I click in the box of the description in order to edit and take out the speling mistake (I typed two ‘s’ when there should be only one). It looks like it’s let me do the change, and then I click ‘Apply’. Instantly the description reverts back to what it was and nothing has changed.

  I’ve tried even deleting the description all together – but again, it doesn’t take the description out when I click to ‘apply’.

  What am I doing wrong? (I know it has to be me, but I can’t see where I’m going wrong.)
