How do I get my newest blog at the top of the page? I posted a new blog today and it appeared under the old blog. Readers would have to scroll down to find it, and might not know it was there. I want to post the newest writing at the top of the page, where it says ‘featured.’

You probably have either a timezone correction issue or a sticky post issue.
Hi there,
The default timezone is UTC time. You can reset your timezone here > Settings > General
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-general.php
*Replace the NAME_OF_BLOG with the actual name of your site.
Select the closest city to you in the same timezone in the drop-down menu you see there and then click “save changes”.
