Help – Posts being duplicated!
-
We’ve noticed lately that our posts are being duplicated and published on our News blog!
Something is taking our post (or feed), creating a new post with a Title made from the first 40 characters, and then creating a description wtih about 140 characters which includes an ow.ly link to the original post.
How can I find what’s doing this and turn it off?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m sorry but that blog linked to your wordpress.COM username is not a free blog from and being free hosted by wordpress.COM so we cannot help you with it. The correct support forum to get support for that blog is here > http://wordpress.ORG/support
For more clarity please read the sticky post at the head of this forum.

Hidden way deep – some make things real hard to help them –
-
All of the entries I see are headline type stories of 2 to 4 lines –
not sure the RSS feed can be disabled – my site I don’t worry about the summery and showing the feed on other sites as my articles are several paragraphs long and they need to visit my site to see anything more than the opening tease in the first sentence.

ow.ly links are produced by Hootsuite. Are you yourself using Hootsuite as a Twitter client? http://help.hootsuite.com/home

THANK YOU TIMETHIEF!
It turned out that in my time playing with and learning how HootSuite worked, I mistakenly created a feed that was re-posting my posts to the same blog!
Thank you everyone!
