Help, posts not showing up?!

I was scanning my previous posts – not through my dashboard – and there are only 14 showing up. There is no link to see more posts, either. I have no idea how long this has been going on. Help?!

Actually, all your posts are there. Welcome to infinite scroll. It goes to seven posts, then it pauses, then seven more load, then it pauses, then seven more…etc. The farther down you go, the longer it takes to load, which is why you thought there were only 14.

How long is it supposed to take? Because, literally, I’ve had my page up for 15 minutes and it isn’t uploading anymore. :-( I don’t like infinite scroll.

Okay, sorry for the double post. I turned off infinite scroll, and managed to get 20 posts to show. (I have over 200 posts total)

So you’ve turn off infinite scroll, now when I scroll to the bottom I’m given the option to “Click for more posts” when I click that, more posts load.

Yeah, but the problem is, it’s not ALL of my posts. I have some 210 posts. Unless y’all are seeing more than I am?

No you have to keep scrolling down and clicking “Click for more posts”. If I click for more posts I don’t want another 200 showing up all at once and I certainly don’t want 210 posts having to load as soon as I visit your blog, and neither do you. Your posts are there, it’s up to the reader if they want to “click for more posts” once they reach the bottom of the page.

I get how it’s supposed to work. I’m asking if others are able to do so. Because here’s what happens when I try – I scroll to the bottom, click for more posts, scroll down some more, and IT DOESN’T ALLOW ME TO CLICK FOR MORE. That’s what I’ve been trying to say.
I get you don’t want them all loading at once, but no more than 20 are loading PERIOD.
It won’t load more than 20 posts. AT ALL.
There is no way to see more than 20 posts on my homepage.
The only way that my posts show up beyond 20 is if you go to my archives.
There is NO option to see more than 20 posts on the homepage because the “Click for More Posts” button does not show up after the initial click.
I promise, I’m not an idiot – I get very well how this is supposed to work. I’m saying that it’s NOT working on my blog. THAT’S what I’m trying to get sorted.

I loaded about 60 Posts going back to Feb 14 before I gave up counting – all on the front page – the “load more” is about a browser page up from the bottom of the blog – your footer stuff
So you can find my freaking posts.
pushes the “load more” up from the bottom of the blog – make the archives a drop down so they are only one line or so then the bottom of your blog should line up with the bottom of the Posts give or take a bit

Thank you. Now I know that it is a problem that I am having, not my entire blog. That’s what has been freaking me out.
And I know where the link is (above the archives links).
