Help Premium or business?

    I am currently using the free plan but after a year of successful (ish) blogging (1.5K views on some posts), I need more:

    -plug-ins (or ability to connect to Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, twitter, linked in seamlessly
    -I want to be able have people see my twitter feed on my website
    -I want to have a build email list sign-up thingy (super technical)
    -I want to be able to link a free gift product (eg. Free E book) when people subscribe to the website/email list…can I do that through you guys? How?
    -I want to clean up my pages so that they are more visually appealing to the customer
    -I want blog topics listed on the sidebar of my website
    -I want to be able to sell my book on my website or make a link to the sale of the book
    -I want an easier website name for people to remember eg. http://www.smallactbigimpact.org
    -I want to link my podcast to the website (not to host) but to link to the host site
    -I want to have a secondary podcast blog on this site-can I do that?

    How do I do some of these things? Could you point me in the direction of the right plugins and things I need to be doing in order to achieve these goals?

    Adding additional plugins to your site is restricted to the Business Plan only: https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

    However, you can connect to social media with any plan, including the free plan: https://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/

    You can already see the people who subscribe to your blog using the tool mentioned in the link above. With that, you could then use any service to email them a product.

    Alternatively, you can link to a product through a usual link: https://en.support.wordpress.com/links/

    Could you please clarify what you mean by this? Every site should have the ability to make pages more visually appealing, if you go into more detail, I’m sure this forum can help!

    You should be able to do this with the Free Plan already: https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/categories-widget/

    Every site can link to other sites: https://en.support.wordpress.com/links/

    However, if you would like to sell directly on your site, you have a few options. With the Premium Plan, you can use simple payments: https://en.support.wordpress.com/simple-payments/

    With the Business Plan, you can install additional plugins which offer more features. By far the most popular of these is WooCommerce, or you could create a store: https://en.support.wordpress.com/store/

    I’ll be honest, I’m not too certain on having another blog page on WordPress.com sites, so I’ll refrain from answering it. I can however offer an alternative.

    You could set your podcast posts to have a category, and then use a menu, which essentially offers what you might be hoping to achieve: https://en.support.wordpress.com/category-pages/
