Have you read the Types of Blogs allowed and not allowed?
WordPress.com supports original content blogging. Are you creating your own original content?
Do you have an actual blog or are you trying to use these reviews links to drive traffic to other sites, which is not allowed?
Are you re-publishing pre-written publicity material?
Please read the types of blogs that are not allowed:
Automated blogs: Blogs that are generated by computers, including randomly generated blogs, blogs that re-publish press releases, marketing material, search engine results, link dumps or any other mass-produced content.
Book tour blogs: Blogs that consist primarily of pre-written publicity material, as opposed to original book reviews, for the purpose of promoting books and driving traffic to other promotional and giveaway sites.
https://wordpress.com/types-of-blogs/Posting of some affiliate text links is possible, provided the blog is an actual blog and not just a storefront. Please read > http://en.support.wordpress.com/affiliate-links/ closely.
WordPress.com allows bloggers to insert text affiliate links within post and page content to most third-party affiliate programs, provided they are not the primary content of the site in question.
Image affiliate links in posts and pages and any banners, affiliate links in sidebar or footer widget areas, are still considered to be advertising and are not allowed on WordPress.com blogs.
The only advertising program at WordPress.COM is called WordAds and it’s for blogs on their own domains.

http://en.wordpress.com/apply-for-wordads/No blogger initiated advertising for driving traffic to third party sites is allowed. PPC is not allowed. Affiliate marketing banners and any and all advertising outside of WordAds at WordPress.COM are not allowed.

http://en.wordpress.com/tos/If you prefer you can get web hosting http://wordpress.org/hosting and set up a wordpress.ORG software install.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
Resetting your WordPress.ORG password http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page -
I thought that maybe what you are asking is how to create Testimonials page on your site. However, I see you already have one http://ascotwindowcleaners.com/testimonials/with videos on it.
Are you asking how to post more videos there?
The video embeds that WordPress.com supports for all of our blogs – no upgrade required are found here.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/videos/Video shortcodes are here http://en.support.wordpress.com/shortcodes/#video
Note videopress https://en.support.wordpress.com/videopress/
However, if you upload them to youtube or another supported video source site then you do not need the upgrade. -

Have you considered using an RSS widget? The RSS Widget displays posts from any RSS feed. You might find this handy if you want to show off one of your other blogs, or one of your favorite blogs, in your sidebar or footer, depending on the theme.
