Help recover deleted posts. Am frustrated!!

I mistakenly deleted photos I have spent a lifetime uploading to WordPress and I feel like I am going to die. The photos were deleted under New Post >> Add media. Now I have posts with no photos and on clicking I get the message ‘404 – File not found’
Can I undo my action? Can I request WordPress to restore my data as at a particular date. Is there a file I can run to restore my photos because I understand the Internet remembers everything?
Someone please help, I am devastated.

Hey there,
I have a few questions for you. How did you mistakenly delete them? Did you receive a warning while deleting the images from your media library? Were you trying to free up space?
Let me know – usually images are not recoverable once deleted – I just need more information regarding the initial deletion.

Thanks for the response. I received a warning but I didn’t know that deleting pictures from the media library would affect my live posts.
I am sure your IT people can somehow restore my blog as at a certain date, no? Kindly find out. If it were to be restored to 21st March 2016 I’d be very grateful. My work is practically lost.
