Help recover our website, please

    I would like to chat with someone about Name servers. We had an issue with our website, and now it is defaulting to a standard ‘Hello, world’ WordPress site instead of the the previous one.

    I believe the Name server was changed to WordPress.com. We need to recover what was lost, because our entire website is now gone.

    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    If your domain was registered with WildWestDomains or WordPress.com, but the site is hosted someplace else, you’d need to change the nameservers in your domain dashboard to point them to your hosting provider.
