Help Recovering a Domain

    I spoke with someone the other day, and I was told the process was started, but I really need to know how to recover an expired domain, that we let accidentally expire. Please Contact me ASAP. Thank you.

    Hi there,

    To recover expired domain, you can pay 80$ redemption fees along with renewal cost provided your site is in redemption period.

    As you are told that the process is started, I’d suggest you to wait for sometime. Meanwhile, check your emails if you have received any from Happiness Engineer. Also, check the spam folder.
    As per my knowledge they will send you a email containing a payment link where you can make your 80$ payment.

    If you don’t hear from them after a long while then add modlook tag in sidebar of this thread to get staff’s attention.

    It looks you contacted us from an email address that wasn’t connected to your WordPress.com account. As you are logged into the correct account here, we can move forward with the recovery process.

    I can see you have already paid the redemption fee for commonwealthcitychurch.com so the next step is for us to contact our domain registrar. We usually hear back in 1-2 business days but I’ll let you know as soon as I have an update.
