Help recovering expired domain

  I was directed to customer support to help me recover my domain. Thank you.

  The domain is in redemption. In order to move forward with helping you restore ownership of it, we need to work with our domain partner to get through the redemption process. That process takes 2-3 days from start to finish. They charge an $80 fee as well. Additionally you’ll need to purchase your hosting plan again from WordPress.com unless you plan to use the domain at another provider. When inspecting the logs it does look like you maybe thought about moving it to Wix at some point. If you’re doing that, the total cost would be $98 (80 for redemption and 18 to us for registration). If you’re keeping the domain here then you would need to add another hosting plan to the account in addition to the redemption fee.
