Help recovering my personal website on WordPress
-
Dear WordPress Help Center,
I am writing to ask for your assistance in recovering my personal website on WordPress. My website works but when I try to log into my account, it says that the account does not exist.
I have checked to make sure that I am entering my login credentials correctly, and I have also tried resetting my password, but I still cannot access my website.
I would greatly appreciate any help you can provide in recovering my website. Please let me know what steps I should take to regain access to my account and my website. I have put a lot of time and effort into building my website, and I would hate to lose all of that hard work.
Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to hearing back from you soon.
Sincerely,

Hello –
The next option is to attempt the account recovery form:
At some point, you may run into a situation in which you’ve lost access to your account. Yeah, it was built there. The website already exists but I cannot access through my account.

Got it. Just to clarify, are you logging in at http://hectormuniente.com/wp-admin , or do you prefer to connect through Jetpack?
Also, it does look like you have a domain connection here on another account, which currently forwards the underlying WordPress address to your installation. Is that intentional? If you can log in with your email address that gets renewal reminders and whatnot, we can help with that.
