  I cannot renew my domain name, because it is not appearing under my account ‘purchases.’ Is it in the reception period? there is no ‘renew now’ button to be added to my cart automatically.

  How do I get it back? Does this mean my domain is in the ‘Redemption period’? I am contacting support for help redeeming my domain. Please send me the link to make the required payment so I can recover the domain.
