Help refund

    I just signed up to what I thought was a free trial using the premium package then I learnt it isn’t the same premium upgrade package to use a premium theme and so I cancelled and ask for refund but then they send me this. I have no idea what this means. I literally just did it 30mins ago. what I dont get is it was ment to be free for 14 days yet they needed my credit card?

    Despite the similar name, WordPress.com Premium doesn’t include any of the Premium themes available here:
