  Help! 99$ just came out of my account and you guys have issued a refund BUT I’m negative in my account now! Can you guys expedite that for me please!?!

  You need Staff to look into this for you.

  We issued a full refund on 14th May 2018 and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to show on your statement, so you can expect to receive the money around that time.
