Help refunding domain mapping

  Hello! I need help refunding domain mapping that I purchased only just yesterday but when I try to do it through the site it says

  “You will not receive a refund of the cost of this domain as it was purchased more than 30 days ago or there was a problem finding your payment. Please contact support if you have any queries about this cancellation.”

  To clarify, I purchased domain mapping for $13 per year yesterday for WordPress.com and would like to request a refund for the mapped domain ‘bunnyishwriter.com’
