Help regarding a parked blog

Can anything be done about a blog address on wordpress.com that has been clearly parked but is not in use and hasn’t been for a while? I’m specifically looking at whatmattersnow.wordpress.com.

No. Blogs that are abandoned, parked or neglected belong to their owners and wordpress.com will not take them away from their owners and give them to others.

Sadly they party in question left no contact information. If they had done that and you approached them and they agreed there is a method for transferring blogs to another user.
