  I’m not showing that you purchased a domain here from WordPress.com. You do have a connection to a temporary Bluehost domain to your WordPress.com account through the Jetpack plugin.

  We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.

  You should reach out to Bluehost support for help here as that’s likely where you made the domain purchase. You can reach their support here:
