Help regarding earning money through my blog

Hello there,
I am running two blogs at wordpress.com.
pcyf.wordpress.com
umeedthehope.wordpress.comI want to know if there is any system of Adsense so that I could also earn some money from my blogs. I spend time and effort to create the contents that are being viewed and liked by the audience, so now I want to have any such resource so that I could also earn something for my time and effort that i spend on wordpress and getting more traffic to this site. Please note that I do not have any previous Adsense account.
Please help me provide any solution.

There is the Adwords program, but you must have good traffic (20,000 hits per month or so) to be considered for it. And brand new blogs are not eligible.
Otherwise, blogger-initiated advertising is banned here, as stated in the Terms of Service.

In addition, you have to have a custom domain name to be eliglble for WordAds.

There is information on moving a blog in this support document.
Also, you will have to do some googling because you can’t directly import into blogger. You will have to download a program or something that does a conversion before you can import it.

I have found a simple way of doing it. Go to wordpress2blogger.com and upload your wordpress xml file to blogger. It will be done in a minute.
