Help regarding Themes and menu

  Hello!
  Hope everyone reading this is good. My question is that I am new to blogging. I have made some menu/Navigation like Fashion Freaks, Beauty with Curves etc. I want the posts in them to be arranged in pictures forms or just their name, I don’t want to display the whole post.
  As, I have made my Home Page to display just one post (i.e info about my blog). I want my menu’s posts to be arranged in a good way.
  I hope I have explained my point clearly.
