Help Registering A WordPress Account Via A Confirmation E-Mail

  Hi,

  I want to register my e-mail address and WordPress account (via (email visible only to moderators and staff)), so that I can install a custom theme that I recently downloaded via Envato Market.

  I have yet to receive the confirmation e-mail.

  Please advise.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello there, I’ve tagged this thread for Staff assistance regarding your confirmation email, but in order to upload a theme from Envato or any 3rd party custom theme, you would need to upgrade to the Business plan. Here’s more on that: https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/

  Hi there,

  That email address is already associated with the WordPress.com account you’re currently using (kbarenovation) and as @justjennifer already said, in order to upload a third-party theme you need to upgrade to the Business plan.
