Help removing ad code from my page
-
Megaricos.com is my site, powered by WP/Enterprise a $500 a month service. A couple days ago i want to remove the top header ad from my page trying new ads positioning, and i contact somebody to get it remove cause is on the top of my page and like the one in the sidebar i don’t have access to remove it.
That person told me that i can go to my Ad Manager and do it my self (something that was place by one of wordpress designer in the first place) and which i did.
But i removed it from the AdManager but the code still is embedded inside my page, the problem is that i have three adsense plus that one in the top left side of the screen (see for your self here http://megaricos.com) – adsense just allow 3 ad unit in a page, so in top doesn’t look good I’m having problem with ads.
But that is not what makes me very angry — for two days now i’ve been sending request to resolve this issue and i’m being ignore by the same people of wordpress that in the beginning said they back me up. An issue that should be resolve long time ago, i try to open en new request couple of time just to get an answer (hey we are working in your issue) but nothing.
The help i need!! – do anybody in this forum knows somebody in wordpress that can help me with this problem. Is a great service and that’s why i’m taking this step before i look into other things. And although i know the name of the person that is ignoring me in wordpress i wont mention he’s name yet.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

At that level of upgrade, you should have access to live chat support during North American business hours. Naturally if those aren’t your usual hours you are in trouble, but I have flagged this for staff attention.

@raincoaster – i understand about the chat hours (i’m in USA) but i have not been offered to me, but i have this VIP services that you open a request and they respond back to you, i have used it couple of time, not that much, but so far not a problem, till this person, he been asking me to send him screenshots, i have (2 times) – i believe should have been done from the first day, it’s just removing the left over embedded code in top of the page or just send me an email (hey we are working on this issue) – like i said nothing.

Well, I flagged this for staff support. You might as well post a link to the screenshot in this thread. Maybe the guy you’re working with is stumped and someone else can come in with fresh insight.

@megaricosblog, I’m very sorry that you have had trouble getting the support you need. I have forwarded your concerns to our WordPress.com Enterprise team, and you should be hearing back from them about this soon.
