What you are asking for cannot be done on sites hosted by wordpress.COM. You cannot change permalink structure. Permalink options are only available with the self-hosted version of wordpress.ORG software on paid hosting.

Hi there, I see you are most of the way there with removing the dates from your posts. To pick up the main page also, change your second custom CSS rule to the following.
span.posted-on, .wf-active #front-page-blog .three .entry-meta { display:none; }As @timethief mentions, we cannot remove the dates from the post URLs that appear in the browser address bar unless you would happen to have the WordPress.com Business plan upgrade.
