Help removing Jetpack blogs linked to my account

  I need the following blogs removed fromMy Sites because of Jetpack and my credentials to stop being used:

  http://amazonadv.com
  http://skillz-marketing.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi Sean,

  I was able to remove the amazonadv.com from your account, however it doesn’t look like skillz-marketing.com is attached to this username. Is it possible that it’s attached to another user/account?
