Help! removing share video and enable embedding

  I am trying to host a video on our corporate website and have uploaded the video to the media library and have copied the html embedding link into our website html. We do not want the sharing link to appear but are unable to remove this wiout disabling embedding. Can I share the video from WordPress to our corporate site, but then disable sharing from our site?

  Also, when I untick the show share option tickbox and update the page, it automatically re-ticks it again.

  Hi there,

  Unfortunately if the video is being shared on to another site in the first place then it cannot be prevented from being shared further. If you want to prevent sharing the video, you will need to link directly to the video embedded on your original site.
