help removing site

I deleted my site and created a site with the same name using a different platform. When I search my site name, the old wordpress site keeps coming up. How do I permanently remove it from search results???

Hi @katey1967 could you send a link to the site so we know what you’re referring to?
If the old site was ranked well, it might make sense to redirect the old site to your new one. Or you can ask search engines to remove old results.

I have created a site by the same name using Kajabi; however that one does not appear in google search results. I believe I used the email address
(email visible only to moderators and staff) to set up the wordpress site but closed that account. To log in to reply to your message, I had to use my (email visible only to moderators and staff) account. I hope this makes sense.

Hi there,
Your site was never hosted by us. It was hosted with GoDaddy and now it’s been hosted by Bluehost. Also, since it’s using the WordPress.org software it’s best to seek help in these forums:
