Help removing theme so I can delete my account

  Hi,

  I’m trying to delete my account but a message pops up saying “You have active premium upgrades on your site. Please cancel your upgrades prior to deleting your site.” even though I’ve already cancelled all my upgrades. The only thing left is a theme I bought that never expires.

  I don’t have another account to transfer it to so I don’t care if I lose it.

  Removing your upgraded theme will require WordPress staff assistance. I have tagged this thread with “modlook” so staff are notified and are able to support you further in the removal of your premium theme :)

  Hi –

  I’ve removed the Paulie theme. You can proceed with the deletion. Please remember that this is permanent and we can’t restore the site if you change your mind later on. Best wishes in the new year :)
