help renewing and fixing the issue

    Hello, I know I need to renew but the site will not allow me to change my credit card details. Please help. By the way, I don’t know how to resolve the issue of having this completely independent of my personal site (www.donhamlin.com). I own both but would really like to have each totally unconnected from each other. I guess I’m confused about who a user is. Also, I’m not sure why equippingbelieversdotnet.wordpress.com doesn’t work since it is the main page for my domain http://www.equippingbelievers.net. Yes, I’m really confused. If you can help me get this site ‘adjusted’ to work like my personal site, but independent of it, I’d appreciate it. Thanks for helping with the billing. -Don Hamlin

    Hi @equippingbelievers, sorry for the confusion! The biggest issue here is that you are logged into another account.

    Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that gets renewal reminders? It should go much more smoothly from there. This account (the one you’re logged into now) does not have any purchases, so there’s nothing to update.

    Also: https://equippingbelieversdotnet.wordpress.com will forward to the primary domain, http://www.equippingbelievers.net . I hope that helps.
