Help – renewing domain name

    we have our domain name through Domain Registration Service SEO Company
    they sent an email with cost for renewal from this email address (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    stating that the domain expires on 8/2 – when we try to pay all we get is ‘payment failed’ Just checking to see you have any suggestions.
