HELP! Renewing late?

  I am a teacher at a high school. Our school newspaper uses WordPress, but a very talented student created and has run the site. She has graduated and sent me an e-mail saying that I had to renew the site by 12/27. With the holidays, of course I forgot until this morning, and my connections to the site are gone. Also, it seems that Support is on vacation until next week. Does anyone know how to renew a day late?
