Help request : Baskerville theme

    Hi, I’m new to wordpress.com and would appreciate help about the Baskerville theme I am using, first, how can I make my posts all of the same length and add a “read more” if needed ? Secondly, I am french but this is an english website and some stuff keep appearing in french for visitors, my interface language is english, how can I fix that ? Thanks
