Help Request: Moving wordpress.com subscribers to self-hosted site

    Hello and thank you for your your part in making these help forums so valuable!

    I recently moved my tahoewaterman.wordpress.com site to laketahoewaterman.org and would like help transferring my subscribers over, now that I have the jetpack plugin installed.

    Is there anything else I need to do (other than being patient :) to make this transfer happen?
