Help Request – Old Organisation Site Needs to Be Made Private

  Hello,

  I’m representing Mountain BASC. We have an old WordPress.com site created on a free account that we no longer have access to (we don’t know the email used).

  We’d like to have the site made private or removed from public view to prevent outdated or incorrect information from being accessible.

  Could anyone advise the best way to do this, or what proof of ownership might be acceptable?
