I am currently uploading my WordPress website that is hosted by another provider to WordPress now. I have emails under my church’s account and will need to have the ability to create emails for my church staff to communicate with one another and others when representing the church. Any hep and guidance would be humbly appriciated.

Just to clarify, you’re migrating to WordPress.com?
We do offer custom email, but that requires that a custom domain is connected to your site – you can’t add email on a free address like wbfmchurch.wordpress.com. You can register a new domain, or transfer/map an existing domain, on any of our paid plans:
https://wordpress.com/support/domains/
For email we offer our own hosted email service. We’re also a reseller for Google Workspace email. Or if you’d prefer to continue using your existing email hosting you can also just connect that to the domain on our end. You’ll find information on all the available options here:
